black eyed beans curry

Ingredients-! cup black eyed beans, i cup chopped red tomatoes, 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste, one finely chopped onion, 1 tea spoon coriander seed powder, (little jeera mustard and curry leaves three cloves and little cinnamon stick one cardamom for thadaka), one or two spoon oil and salt chilli powder according to taste.

Method- Fry onion jeera and mustard in a pressure cooker with 2 spoons oil when it is light brown add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves to the thadaka and fry for few minutes and add washed beans ,tomatoes salt , chilli salt , turmeric powder and coriander powder mix well then put 1 cup water and close the lid and cook for 3 whistles. once cooked open and check if it is cooked, other wise put some more time adding little bit water and once it is curry like consistency stop and add coriander leaves and serve with rice or roti.
