tomato chutney,
Ing-500 grms (10)tomatoes and 1 lemon size ginger garlic paste and 1 lemon size tamarind pulp, salt , chilli powder ,1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 4 tbs oil ,curry leaves 10.mustard seeds ,urad dal and chenna dal.2 red chillies

Method- Cut tomatoes in to big pieces(8 ) and soak tamarind in those pieces and keep aside. In a big pan take oil heat it and add 1/2 tea spoon mustard seeds 1 tsp urad Dal,1tsp chenna Dal and curry leaves 2 red dry chillies and fry them until the popping sound stars then add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes . Cook nicely until all the water evaporates and the tomatoes become paste like. add salt turmeric powder and stop the fire. once it cools down to normal temperature add 5 tsp chilli powder and mix well and keep it in the fridge. Salt and chilli according to taste. It can stay in fridge for 10 days.good with hot rice and dosa.
